Funny Story....

I always make Tim and I a parfait for breakfast. But I make it the night before and put it in the freezer. Well yesterday morning, Kathie came down to my office and asked what the orange color was on my yogurt. I said it is the orange because I put it in the freezer the night before so it is still frozen...Then I promptly said see....and turned the whole thing upside down. Yep you guessed it most of it went all over my desk and the floor, just the yogurt and the fruit is frozen not the cereal...I spent a good part of the morning finding blueberries and strawberries all over the place! No I have no idea what I was thinking....

Any way this is what I found on the stove this morning when I went to pack my lunch!

Thanks for the advice Tim...where were you yesterday morning when I needed it!

Well of course I wanted to take a picture of this wonderful snow we got this morning. And it is always so pretty when I'm driving to work that I wish I had my camera....so I took it today and I was not impressed. but once I got to work I was impressed with these two trees...but you have to blow up the picture to get the right effect because it is so dark.

40 Days to a Skinnier Us....

Well I made it!! I did core synergies today. It was a tough workout and I didn't feel so hot during part of it but I did it!! And once we get done ....Tim says sorry...I say for what? And he says well we were suppose to do stretch today instead of core. Oh well I haven't done a good workout all week. So it worked for me! Tim said it was ok, and he likes superman, banana rolls. How fun!!

So I wonder if we will do core synergies tomorrow! Maybe stretch...
