29 days to a Skinnier Us...
Chest, arm and triceps lots of fun push ups...not the crazy push ups but tons of push ups!! Lots of fun I'm telling you! We also did Ab Ripper X...Amazing that is still kills ya! It was a doubles day, but I opted to only do one. It is a choice this week! Yahoo. Tim the die hard did both, we will see how he does on plyo's tomorrow. He is doing superman- banana right now...so I probably shouldn't ask him his thoughts!!! Ok I'll be back....He is done...his thoughts...same old stuff ;o)

This one I didn't!! Isn't that cool. I never would have bought the thing but it was like 60% off and then TerrieBeth had a 30% off coupon that we could use on it also and we got it dirt cheap. Can't wait for Movie night on the back deck this summer. Ah heck we could do it in the winter too, grandpa can start a fire and we can snuggle in sleeping bags!! Fun.

31 Days to a Skinnier Us...
We did Kenpo today...and after legs and back, it was a killer!! Well my legs were sore so that was the problem. It is crazy that I've been doing this for 60 days..well tomorrow will be 60 days, and I can still be so sore! Crazy! It was a good workout and I made it through the whole thing! Yahoo! I must be feeling better! Tim's thoughts: Kenpo it was easy! Interesting when I said I was dying he said me too!!! I must have been dreaming ;o)

32 Days to a Skinnier Us.....
Yahoo I made it!!! We did legs and back this morning...and yes my legs were killing me? They are not to bad now, but I felt it for a while this morning. We also did ab ripper x! Fun times I'm telling you. If you never did Ab ripper X you need to try it once! Tim's also did Cardio X right after we got done, and he was pretty tired since it was only about 10 hours since he last exercised. His thoughts: It's tough to do two sessions of cardio x, legs and back and ab ripper X all within 12 hours, my legs are killing me. ;o) That's all he has.

33 Days to a Skinnier Us...
Hello out there....well I have to say that I rolled over and reset the alarm this morning. So no I didn't workout today. I think part of it was that it was yoga and part of it was that I didn't sleep good, dreaming about a cheerleader that moved and took her uniform with her and I need to get it back but she was fighting in the war so I probably won't ever get it back! Yeah weird dream! But it was a doubles day and I thought about doing cardio x but had a couple of times when my tummy was a little queasy so I decided not to. But Tim well he is doing Cardio X right now...superman, banana...do you think I should ask him right now, his thoughts....yeah I don't. Good thing he is almost done. Party's over...so I say what's your thoughts and he says....Not much of a party!! He doesn't have any thing else to say about it!! What a trooper!! Hopefully tomorrow I will be back in the saddle again!

34 Days to a Skinnier Us....
Yahoo I made it through the whole workout plus ab ripper x!!! Fun times I'm telling you. It was Chest and Back, so maybe it wasn't to hard of a workout, no jumping around anyway. Lots of fun weight lifting though. Tim's thoughts "It was Ok" What a dope, I'm sure he was just happy not to be doing doubles! Ha,ha,ha! Yoga and cardio x tomorrow, I'm thinking just yoga for me!

35 Days to a Skinnier Us...
Well I bombed out again. We had plyo's this morning and I just couldn't get through it. What ever bug I caught just stops me in my tracks every now and then! Tim worked hard and made it through and is right now as we speak doing cardio...yeah not me! So since he is working out right now he has no thoughts on today's workouts. I'm doing it now so I can head to bed.
