Wow we made it through another plyometrics routine!! Fun times. I'm happy to report I didn't get sick. But he really does say at the beginning to get your bucket!! It is a good, hard, tough workout but well worth it. Most exercises only last 30 seconds and he say you can do anything for 30 seconds!!! I agree....it made be hard but we can do it! Sometimes we have to take a short break but then we jump right back in.
