Well it is Sunday so of course the picture is of food. Here is spicy strip steak, broccoli, cauliflower,fried potatoes and cheese sauce and BBQ corn on the cob!!! Yummy dinner!!!

56 Days to a Skinnier Us...

We I hate to say it but we took today as a rest day. Of course there was really no rest in it except sleeping in a little. I'm sure we will both be sorry and grouchy tomorrow!! But it is a doubles day!! Yahoo, can't wait for 4 in the a.m. to come so I can get up and going!!! Ha,ha,ha!
