Yahoo I made it through the whole workout plus ab ripper x!!! Fun times I'm telling you. It was Chest and Back, so maybe it wasn't to hard of a workout, no jumping around anyway. Lots of fun weight lifting though. Tim's thoughts "It was Ok" What a dope, I'm sure he was just happy not to be doing doubles! Ha,ha,ha! Yoga and cardio x tomorrow, I'm thinking just yoga for me!
