Yahoo it was a 3:30 in the morning day!!! And double yahoo, Tim made it up to do it with me!!
It was a legs and back day! Ab Ripper X, and a cardio day. It wasn't to bad until you got to cardio and your legs were tired from the legs workout, and you had to do yoga! Yikes. Tim laughed at me during the kenpo when I said it wouldn't surprise me if I take myself out with my upper cut one day! Hey I was serious...I get awful close sometimes. "Hey how did you get that black eye?" Yeah I can just see it now. Tim said it is tough doing doubles when you sick and it's tough doing cardio after doing the leg workout and ab ripper. He thought he would not like getting up at 3:30, but he said it wasn't so bad. It is nice to come home and not have to worry about it ;O).
