Blowing away....

 Last night one of those wind gust blew a limb off one of our trees

 Yep one right by the garden...it didn't fall all the way though.

 It got caught on another branch.

 How it came backwards and not down I have no idea....Oh yeah the wind!

Well if this keeps up it will be another 15 years before Tim and I have to go cut firewood again!

Today Tim made Summer Grilled Pork and Firecracker wings, and just plan old pork chops.

 A close up of the Summer Grilled Pork...which is a pork chop stuffed with all kinds of big flavors and then wrapped in bacon and basted with some rockin' honey, and mustard glaze

 The Firecracker Wings are grilled after being basted with a yummy mixture and also have a dipping sauce for those who want it.

And we had wonderful corn on the cob!!!  Not grilled...it was a yummy dinner all the way around.  Oh yeah I didn't get a picture but we had chocolate peanut butter bars with ice cream and hot fudge topping for dessert!

 Tim and I went to cut wood today.    First we had to drive on this scary scale!!!

 Then we had to dig through this pile.

 Once loaded we had to drive on the scary scale again.

 Some pretty views from close to wear we were cutting the wood at ;o)

 This was a cool view but we were in the wrong lane to get the best picture!  You could see all the way down Broadway!

Here is what we ended up with...now it's splitting time!!  I can't wait for winter and a nice fire!!!

 At 5 p.m. on the dot, this dog wants to go outside.  Then she lays right here watching until....

 Tim pulls in the driveway....it's hard for her to sit and wait until the truck is turned off

 Then she is off and on the run.

 To welcome Tim home!!

She whines until I say ok you would think she hasn't seen him in forever.  She loves her Tim!!

 There is some flowers on the pumpkins...which I didn't think I was going to get any flowers.

A little catch up...

Well  it's almost Oct again and I need to post the DIII pictures from last year. Of course they are out of order. So bear with me while I talk a walk down memory lane.
