75 Days to a Skinnier us...
Wow the time is flying...We had a fun workout today! Well I at least thought so. Tim wasn't feeling well so he didn't enjoy it as much as I did. I have to tell you when we are jumping the river he said something like if you don't want to jump the river, then jump over that guy you just beat up!!! Ha,ha,ha! Those are not his exact words but I thought it was pretty funny and I don't remember hearing it before!

76 Days to a Skinnier Us....
We are on our third time of Back and arms....lots of push up, and pull ups! Some I did better on this time some not. I did have to laugh because at one point the guy says..."I'm getting a little dizzy, and nauseated"...What you too?? I haven't been for a while but hey if they get that way I should worry that I do!!! Fun!!! And then we did the wonderful AB Ripper X, I can't decide which one I hate the most!! Ha,ha,ha! Today they were killing my legs not my abs, Tim said they were killing both his leg and his abs! Once again Fun times!!!

77 Day to a Skinnier us...
Well due to our Sunday schedules we had to do our stretching by our self. Which was weird, since we have been doing P9oX together every day. I have to say for both of us, we have decided that it doesn't matter if we lose weight or not, we both have more energy, and our flexibility has improved a lot, Tim's more than mine but still. And I only had to wake Tim up twice during our second Sacrament meeting today. He made it through the first one and Sunday School with out sleeping, which is weird for him because once he sits down that is it, he sleeps. But not no more ;o)
So we are both looking forward to week 3. It will be the same as what we've been doing but hey we are getting better at it so why not!!

Picture of the day #8
I really wanted my picture today to be from Costco....it was a mad house in there today...every check stand was opened and all had line at least 4 deep. But I was to scared to get out my camera and take a picture of people I didn't know. Then I was going to take it of the parking lot, but to many cars were waiting for spots. No parking anywhere or carts, they would bring carts in and they would be snagged before they got to where they normally put them. Crazy!

Wow only 77 more days to go!! Not bad ;o). This morning we did Kenpo X, ha,ha,ha! I really think it is about the easiest one there is. But Tony cracks me up, and then I find myself saying what he is saying..."grab his collar pull him down and Bam! he's down, now kick the one behind you!!" Ha,ha,ha! Hey at least it make the workout fun! Ha,ha,ha! Not that we are going to go out and beat someone up, but we are getting the skills, like if Karate Kid, coat on, coat off, Ha,ha,ha!

79 Days to a Skinnier us....
Yahoo legs and back today...can I just say ouch!!!! There are a few of them that really kill you.
It would be so easy to cheat, but I figure why do it if I'm going to cheat so I do it and say ....ouch!!!
Ha,ha,ha! Ab Ripper X was not to bad today....not that it didn't kill just different ones did, my tummy was a burning!!!! I hope that means it is melting away!!! I doubt it but maybe ;o)
Boxing tomorrow!! Yahoo!

80 Days to a Skinnier us....
Wow getting up at 4:15 after going to bed a little later than I plan made me grouchy. I hated the yoga workout today. I whined and complained through the whole thing. It was a good workout though. A little later in the day I thought maybe it was not because I didn't get to bed when I wanted because I wasn't tired...which is weird for me....so I decided it was because I ate a medium amount of chocolate yesterday, more than just a little piece so it messed me up! Who knows.
I can blame it on a lot of things but what I should do is....
