Madeleine Christina Gans

Ready for the big moment! They picked the right day because even though she went in to be induced she went into labor that morning before they got there!!!!  I love how excited they look.
I love this look!   Are we ready for this!!!  Of course you are!  They are great parents!
The one and only time she cried!  Ha,ha,ha!  just kidding but she doesn't cry much!  She is a really good baby!  Kinda like all mine were/are ;o)
Proud Grandpa!
Proud Auntie!!!
Proud Uncle...is it my turn to hold her yet????/

Yep grandpa got her again!  With the size our family is getting it is hard to get in that baby snuggle time!
First Easter Egg hunt...look she found an egg!

What I have to hunt eggs too??  Yep the kids hid them for all the parents!   Sorry David!!! ( he got called into work and didn't get to hunt them!)

First trip to Vegas and Coke world

I wasn't fast enough on the camera but I think the bear had Tabitha's head in his mouth the picture before they is why she is laughing I could be wrong though.
Mads loves her water!!  And the crinkly bottle is an added bonus.
Proud crazy grandpa with three of his 8 grand kids in Vegas

Proud grandma hops in for a picture also!

I have a ton more pictures of Mads and the rest of the grand kids some really good ones too, but once again they are on my phone and I can't get them downloaded so keep checking back cuz one day I will have them.
Welcome to the family Mads!

Catch up!

Well it's been a while since I've been on here and a lot has been going on.  We have 3 big things almost 4 happen since I was on here last so I will post a couple of pictures just to get caught up!  I know you don't think I can do just a couple but believe me I can!  Ha,ha,ha!
The first big thing was John left for Japan on March 1st, 2014

The second  big thing was Madeleine Christina Gans joined our family  on March 5, 2014
The first Cousins picture
The first cousin goofy picture
Grandpa and Mads!  So cute
The third big thing was TerrieBeth, John the Thrid (Trip), and Tatem left for Japan for 8 months.  I have pictures but they are on my phone and I can't seem to get them downloaded to the computer.  Ughhhh..
The almost 4th thing is Isabella Joy Sturges should be joining the family sometime in the next 2 weeks or so!  That puts us up to 8 grand kids!   I wonder when we got so old!  Ha,ha,ha!   We did a ton more things in the last 7 months, I'll try to post a few more pictures but this is for Ethan!!  He said it's been forever since I posted.  So since I know someone is checking out my posts I'll have to be better at it!  ( I still haven't finished our Boston trip!)

Happy Sunday All!!!

Capturing December catching up again ;o)

DECEMBER 27:  NIGHT TIME.  It was pretty quite here and too cold to go outside and get a shot so here is what I have!
DECEMBER 28:  WORDS.  Well of course I thought of scriptures for my words.  I couldn't pick a favorite one, since I like all of them so here is what I have!

And later that night we saw these words at the Sturges Extravaganza so of course I need to add it ;o)
Thing 7 and Thing 8 will only be 5 months apart.

DECEMBER 29: Sky View, We don't have much of a sky view from out house because of all the trees and maybe I'm thinking sky line instead of view.  But here is what I got!  The orange/red sunrise!

DECEMBER 30:  Your Winter Wonderland:  Just a couple of pics from our yard, I wished this was a couple of weeks ago when we really had a winter wonderland.

This table is where we kept our juice and pop cold on Christmas~  That as fun~

Only one more day to go!  I'm betting I won't get it posted tomorrow but I'll get one taken!
Happy New Year!!!

Capturing December catch up....

Ok well it has been crazy at the Sturges house the last two weeks with Basket Ball, Bishop responsibilities, birthday's, graduations and Christmas, so I'm a little behind.
DECEMBER 14:  Christmas Tree.  Yes we had our tree on December 14 but it was not decorated until December 23 due to our crazy schedule.
DECEMBER 15: Favorite Holiday Song.  Ok this was a hard one here is two I picked out.  But there are many more!

DECEMBER 16: Outside Christmas Lights.  This tree is by South Jr High and it is really cool, didn't turn out so cool on my phone though.
DECEMBER 17: Presents, you didn't really think I would take a picture of them now did you?  Of course they were not wrapped until December 24, but they were well hidden under the good old red and blue!!!
Ok here is some presents I gave out that you can see ;o)

DECEMBER 18: Stockings, Here is our stocking all ready to go

DECEMBER 19:  Candy Canes
DECEMBER 20: Tree Topper, well I hate to say it but we do not have a tree topper!  So here is a couple picture of my little guy!!!  He graduated today with his Masters in accounting.  Not bad for a daddy of 4, working full time!  Way to go TJ!!  We are proud of you!

DECEMBER 21: Peace, here is Miss Daisy sleeping peacefully in our cold house, until I took the picture of course.
DECEMBER 22:  Tradition.  Ok well I'm posting two pictures for this one.  First one is we have our little red bird that flies to the North Pole to let Santa know who has been good and who has been naughty!
Second is our  crazy tradition of making Swedish Tea Rings for our family and the people at Church who we are in a calling with our who we Visit Teach or Home Teach.  Tim took Monday and Tuesday off to help out this year.  Usually he just gets to drive and deliver.   Thanks hon, even though you do it different than me it was fun to have you working by my side to get them all done!  We dropped them off with instructions for baking them on Christmas morning.
DECEMBER 23: Scarf.  Well Bishop wouldn't put his cool scarf on that Tabitha made him, so I just took a picture of it hanging up with his work coat in the closet!
DECEMBER 24:  Favorite Part of Christmas Eve.  Well I wanted to take a picture of my bed, but that is always my favorite part of any evening.  But Bishop said that didn't count.   So I took a picture of most of the presents all wrapped and placed under the tree.
DECEMBER 25:  Morning.   Well here is Bishop finding his presents!  It was a quite morning at our house this year!  The fun started at 5p.m.
DECEMBER 26:  Grateful,  Well I have to say I'm grateful for a husband who is willing to do Honey Do's and help me out when ever I need it~  Thanks ;o)
Ok just a couple more days to go and I'll be done!  Hopefully I will be able to do them each day and not a bunch at a time again.

Capturing December Day 12

DECEMBER 11TH: A BEAUTIFUL SIGHT
This was the score of our game against Fairmont today, at the beginning of the 8th quarter
(we play 8 5 minute quarters).  Well it was the score 2 minutes into it.  We ended up losing but it was a Beautiful Sight to be ahead for a little bit!

Capturing December Day 11

DECEMBER 11TH:  GREEN
Ok I'm not so good with Green.  It's not a color we have a lot of.  And we don't have our tree yet so this is what I took a picture of: Green sparkly finger nail polish that we used at YW tonight
The package of some Yummy V-8 Juice!!
And the green tree and trim in one of Tim's Christmas village pieces.
Hope you all had a wonderfully green Wednesday!!
