Spring is here....or is it???

Yahoo it appears that spring is here...here is a picture of some of my tulips coming up? This was taken on Feb 28Th

What is that in the middle of those weed looking things....is that a crocus in bloom??? Two or three of them? Once again picture taken on Feb 28Th. Yep if you look hard you can see some more...and those are not weeds they are some kind of wild flower.... crazy blooming on Feb 28...what is up with that

This following pictures were taken on March 5...if you look at the house you can see snow flakes.

So is Spring here or not???? I didn't get any picture of it all over the ground but I think we ended up with at least 1 inch of snow that night if not 2 inches... Crazy!

Can I watch a movie???

So Caleb's mom and dad think he only wants to come over to our house is because we let him watch movies....you know Lion King, Dumbo, Ice Age...the good ones....But here is some pictures to show the real reason he likes to come over....First he can get into the "Warm" Tub. And can stand on the bottom all by himself!! He can stand on the seat and have his little heart out of the "warm" water....but boy is that cold!!

And he can sit in the cool down sit and be just fine...he even has a boat and a duck....Fun

Second...we have this great ottoman that he can stand on...and look really tall.....

And from that ottoman he can jump to the couch and fly like superman!!!

It is way to much fun....here I come again mom!!! Of course he has to do it a ton of times before grandma can get the picture just right ;o)

And third you can't forget the dogs....Caleb loves the dogs. He likes to lay down by them

And hug them....good dog ;o)

Here Caleb and Daisy are just chilling....funny kid reminds me of his brother..

And of course Daisy needs a hug also ;o)

Now can I watch a movie??? ;o)

Got Sprinkles???

Just wanted everyone to see how many sprinkles were left after Grandpa ate Tatem's sugar cookies for Valentines Day....yum!!

Don't worry Tatem....grandpa ate them all ;o)

Whoops....

Well most of you know that I do not have a fence around my yard....my dogs are boundary trained so they know they can not leave the yard... Well the old one does have a tendency to sneak out on us from time to time...the younger one has never done it and she is 4 now. Ok on with the story....the other day I let them out and went on about my business. After about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour I noticed that they had not came back in yet ( yes they know how to open the door), and my first thought was...they took off... the pup got brave and followed Kollie out of the yard. I ran to the back door....and this is what I saw...no worries ;o)

Happy Valentines Day 2009

To start off the Day....Tim is eating the cookies Tatem made him....go to Terriebeths blog to see how many sprinkles are on it.... her blog is me and my gang on the side of mine ;o) Even though he looks like they are sour he says they are really good!! And he loves the sprinkles!

We have a tradition in our family where the kids and now the grand kids get a rose and a little box of candy on the 14th of Feb every year...well we didn't get it taken care of in time to give it to them all at the same time so this year we decided to do a ring and hide type of thing.

The first house.....don't they look nice....

While I was trying to get to a spot where they could not see me so I could take a picture...this one snuck by me....but according to her mom she had a great look on her face until she realised it was me hiding there. So I snapped this picture of recognition dawning on her face. She is jumping up and down now!! ha,ha,ha

Family picture time....the kids set their flowers on the floor in front of them, and me trying to get a close up of their cute little faces didn't even notice you could not see their flowers...oops sorry guys!

Take two and I missed them again!! Oh well I got all the people and that is the important thing.
