26 Days to a Skinnier Us....

Yeah Me!!! It was a doubles day and I did both!!! 1 1/2 hours yoga, and 45 minutes cardio x!!! And I really tried crain this time and I made it 3-4 seconds!! Ha,ha,ha!! I think I'm feeling a little better that the last couple of weeks. It didn't wipe me out as it did then! Tim of course did both is flying colors!! His thoughts: Yoga was a long time ;o). Cardio I started good but got tired quick though and it was hot!
