Day 4 Vacation Part Two

Jessica was the bravest and went through first!
Pretty soon we were all in except Tim, Jason and Tonya but they were headed that way!
The tracks!
The Platform...see the tram coming in the middle of the picture?
Tonya, Jason and Jas
Jessie having oh so much fun!
Tim's right up there with her!
I love this picture look at Jas holding on!  Too cute!
Look for a T and you will always find your way back to where you need to go!
The Science Museum where we catch the duck boats!
A close up look at one of the Duck Boats
An inside view of one of the Duck Boats and what makes them work!
Here you go...enlarge the picture for some fun reading!
Another view!

Our Duck Boat...not very colorful!  There is Duck Boats everywhere and most of them are blue, green, pink, purple, yellow, orange and red and we get a white one!  Ha,ha,ha!
Oh we forgot our picture of the day!  Didn't do so good!
No worries Jason came to the rescue!!  Thanks Jason!

Not sure what this building is no one said anytime we passed it but one guide said  he likes the stairs...and I laughed because I took this picture about 3 days before he said that for that reason!

Ok we are leaving land and headed into the water....just a little freaking out!!!

Moving very slow!!!
Getting closer!!  Yikes!

  1. And we are in the water!!  Now that wasn't so bad right!  Yikes!

Just chilling on the duck boat...Tonya, Meaghan, Jessie and Josh
I'll smile for the camera!  ;o)
This tea kettle is the largest still in use in the US maybe the world I can't remember, but if you blow up the picture you can see how much it holds.  What and when they use it I don't know that.  This is where Tim doing this would help ;o)

Jason and Jas
Jessie and Josh, she's got a pretty tight grip on him do you think she thought he was going to fall out!!
The Boston Harbor!

The boys got to drive the duck boat...Here is Josh!
Here is Jas...Thanks Jason for being willing to walk all the way to the front and take pictures!!  I would have rocked the boat I'm sure!  Ha,ha,ha!
The cravings on the towers to the bridge! Hand carved.
The underside of the bridge...Tim wanted pictures of this??
This Citgo sign is a landmark...you can see the Green Monster off to the left side.  Funny story, there hasn't been a Citgo in Mass.  since 1984.  The company wanted to take down the sign but the city of Boston wouldn't let them because they claimed it to be a Historical Landmark.  So the sign still stands!

The draw bridge was going up to let a boat through so we stayed and watched!

The boys thought that was pretty cool!
Getting the car....out it comes...that is just crazy!  Ha,ha,ha!  Who would have thought!

Some fun videos of the musical stairs they have at the Science Museum.

The boys would have loved the duck boats. I am surprised you did it Terrie.
