After, After and Before

Ok once again my pictures are out of order...but hey that is ok. These are the "After" pictures of our big trees after they were trimmed. Yes I was sad because we not only took the squirrels playground, but I'm sure some of their food storage.
This is the "After" "After" picture...Yep we are good on firewood for this year... and we didn't even have to leave the yard...Living off the land and loving it!!

Here is Tim chopping wood...I like the good old fashion way but he said it would take to long...

Hollie helped Tim with the chopping but for some reason I don't have any pictures of that.

TJ got or chose the job of staking the wood. Me and the grand kids helped a little

Ok here is our fun stack after we were done chopping...

Ok these are just the tree limb/branches mind you...so I got this idea after all of the big ones were chopped so I used a medium one...yep I used a gas can to show the size...don't ask why I have no idea ;o)

Ok we are to the "Before" pictures now... Look at all those branches...

TerrieBeth thinks the deck looks bigger now and I say it is just because the trees look smaller.

I took some before pictures of some of the other trees in the yard but they didn't change a whole lot.

This is the one that changed the most.

The one by the garage...changed some but I forgot to take an After picture.

Now you know why we have some many leaves to rake in the Fall...Can't wait until the Grand kids come over to play...cough, cough...I mean work ;o). I got your back guys...it will be fun just don't tell Grandpa!!!

Someone turns 5~

Wow Tatem is 5 and 4 months now!! I can't believe it! Seems just like yesterday she was born. Here she is in her new dress that Grandpa Tim picked out for her! It is so cute and she is a doll!

Opening the present she didn't think she got!!!

WII Remotes and a wheel!!! Yes doesn't ever 5 year old girl want that?

It gets even better she wanted a pink wheel and remote but we could only find the wheel, but have seen the remote in the last couple of months! She wanted them so her whole family could all play Mario Kart at the same time! And I think they have had fun doing it!

I really don't think she liked it....silly girl!

Still excited!!

She wanted to go to her birthday lunch with Grandpa and Grandma at Tucano's. Yep she just has sunflower seeds and strawberries...

Grandpa is enjoying it though ;o)

She went to the salad bar to get her meat!! Ha,ha,ha!

Wow where did you get that...it looks better than anything I have ;o)

Yep on your birthday they sing to you!!

They even give you a tambourine....

Ask you to stand up on your chair...

And help them sing...

And then you get a yummy Oreo ice cream sundae!

But once your are 5 you might get hungry on the way home and have to stop at Dairy Queen for a treat!!

Grandpa too! On a side note...some guy walked over to our table and said that Tatem's dress was very beautiful.

Book Update

Well I'm a little behind on updating my books. So here is a fast recap of 5 books ;o)

The Titan's Curse...wow good book, I'm really glad The III asked me to read them. It is one of those books where you have to know what happens next, so you keep reading when you shouldn't. Yes I recommend it to all ;o). Even you grandpa!

Next is Harry Potter, The Sorcerers Stone, The Chamber of Secrets, Prisoner of Azkaban, and The Goblet of Fire. How can you not love these books. They also leave you wondering what happens next. They are so much better than the movies ;o). Lots of fun exciting adventures in the books not in the movies. I think my favorite one so far is number 3 Prisoner of Azkaban. I recommend you all to read them...read them again if you already have, if you have only watched the movies...you need to read the books!

I hate to say to much about them in case no one has read them and I give away the whole thing!
Ha,ha,ha!!! It is summer, good time for everyone to READ, READ, READ!!!

Random Thoughts...

The III said to Tim the other day, "I really wants a credit card that never runs out of money!!!"

I was fixing my hair the other day and thought...wow this sun is making my hair lighter ;o). No wait that is just my gray showing up more ;o)

There is more but for some reason my mind just went blank..

Tatem loves mirrors so there is something there, Terriebeth loves shopping so there is something there, and Tim...he just cracks me up all the time and I'm mad I can't think of one of his random thoughts....but don't worry I will come up with one!!

Our Trainer....

Tabitha sent me a link to Bob Harpers blog...so of course I added it to my blog list...
Well today Tim, The III, and I were doing his daily challenge...some situps, which were suppose to be squats...I read it wrong, and some push ups....
Tatem decided to be our trainer...she went around saying "don't quit on me", "keep going you're doing good". Then she said to Tim and The III "You two are doing great", she looks at me and says "and you need a little more work"

Ha,ha,ha!!! if I stick with her I just might reach my goal!

I have with me four wonderful boundary trained lovable dogs. If you know me, you will know that I was really, really, really brave to take these pictures....this one was not so bad but I had to snap it fast!!! Kollie and Coco on a dead run.This is how fast the Daisy and Vader got out...I took their picture first look how fast they are going...had to snap the other one then yell!!!
What is the fuss...well it seem that we are not the only one waiting for water....we are having a swimming party at our house and here are the guest. Yes these were all taken one after the other

Just barley got that one...

Trust me and the dogs there is one in there....

They are stinking everywhere....what is up with that???
