47 Days to a Skinnier Us
Well it was a 4:15 day! We split it up! It was a good workout but my arms were tired from all the work this morning so the 10 minutes of yoga was a killer! I always think of these grand things to say then by the time I start to post I have forgotten them all! Ha,ha,ha! Tim says same old stuff, it was nice to do them at the same time and be done but it is nice to have a break so your legs and arms are not so tired when you do the cardio! Oh yeah I did...yikes I can't remember how many mason twist today! Ha,ha,ha Tim said it doesn't matter how many times you do Ab Ripper X it is still hard ;0). I agree!
