Ok we did 1 1/2 hours of fun filled yoga! Man I used to like yoga! Well I like the second half, the first is ok but I think we have to do to many chatarangas (sp), but then that might just be me ;o). It really is a good workout and there is no question about it working you can feel it no matter how far you can go in each move! Crazy! Tim did crain for 5-6 seconds...he was so happy, not bad for someone who is sick! He did make it through the whole workout.
We got doubles tomorrow!! 3:30 here I come! I really think it is easier to get up early than to workout late ;o).
