18 Days to a Skinnier Us..

Yahoo you will all be happy to hear I worked out today~ We did Kempo!! It is a good work out if you work hard, which I did. I have to say I'm not a fan of star jacks, or x jacks. Me and Tim both think it is called something different. It is not hard but it bugs me, have no idea why. Tim's thoughts....none! Oh yeah we did it with just music and cues...much better because good old Tony Horton is starting to bug me!! Ha,ha,ha!
