24 Days to a Skinnier Us....
Just Kenpo today! I tell you what I always said that Kenpo is the break of all the workouts, but today the breaks wore me out! Ha,ha,ha let me explain a break, you have a few seconds to get a drink of water towel off them you jog in place, jump rope, jumping jacks, and then star jacks, about 20 seconds of each and then the break is over! Who calls that a break!! If you have never done a star jack trust me you don't ever want to, but if you do I'll show you how much fun it is!! Loved the workout! Tim's thoughts....ehhhh pretty boring just kenpo, glad you didn't punch your self again.
