25 Days to a Skinnier Us...
Legs and back day!! Your legs really get a great workout! It still amazes me that we have been doing this for 10 weeks and we can still get the burn really fast! I keep forgetting to say I do the scissors without holding my legs now but the leg that is up is not straight ;o). And I have once or twice done 30 mason twists...probably could have today but I stopped at 22 give or take a few and said I could but I just don't want to...way to push myself right?? It was a doubles day but I flaked out of that also...jumpy tummy again. Tim's thoughts: Ab Ripper Boy!!! Nothing new...wall squats kill me...today's workout had the one legged ones in it, ( I did better on them today). Cardio same old stuff ;o) Really getting into superman banana...Caleb's got me motivated...side note both of them love it!! Ha,ha,ha!
