Christmas 2009 #1 Sturges, Sturges, and Spratts, Yikes the Chocolate Fountain

Ok I have to break this up...to many pictures once again... Here is the fun Chocolate fountain after presents and dinner...Terriebeth cutting pound cake...love the look on her face...Tatem can't wait to dig in....Aunt Tabitha unwrapping carmels...weird how the chocolate is only going on one side.

Book Update

Hello all of those who don't read this blog....anyone really out there????

Ok here is the book update....I finished Have a little Faith a while ago...it was a good book, had a lot of good things in there that everyone should know. It is by Mitch Albom and it is a true story. Very well written. Thanks for the book Tab ;o)

Still reading Work and Glory # 7...Will be done this weekend and onto #8!!! People at work think I'm crazy for reading 9 Volumes of 600-700+ pages ;o)

Christmas 2009 # 2 Sturges and Sturges

Well here is our second Christmas for reasons we won't mention here ;o). Just kidding checking to see if you really read what I write....They went to Hollie's family this year. So the day after Christmas we went to TJ and Hollie's and had a yummy dinner....which we did not take any pictures of. So here is Hollie opening her presents... Poor TJ...I went with what the kids always want one or two big presents this year so TJ didn't have much to open...Here he is looking on.

Oh Look Hollie got a sweatshirt that she picked out last June...but forgot about...maybe?

Ethan with a beanbag...not on his list but much needed.

Ha,ha,ha....Hollie got a mixer!!!

Caleb got dumbo....I was looking for Mike from Monsters Inc...but could not find one so he ended up with Dumbo!!

What TJ got a present...yep he got a mug....Thanks TB and John for picking it up for us ;o)

Ethan and Caleb got the movie The Grinch who stoled Christmas. Yep the day after Christmas...but that didn't bother them.

TJ finally gets his big present...now keep in mind this was not on his list...he had said something last year and then a couple of times when Tim and him were out walking but nothing really serious ;o)

Who knows what Caleb got...wrapping paper...Ethan got a mug just like daddy's

A new coat!!! Fun~! Now he can wear it to work and church! And he would be really warm if he would wear a scarf with it.

After presents we had to have the chocolate fountain of course...can't believe how much we all have missed it. Don't know if everyone would fess up to missing it but they sure had fun with it.

Dying to dig in....Ha,ha,ha! Do we have to wait for anything else...reminds me of another little someone on Christmas day...watch for it in another post.

Ok my camera had been weird but I was able to get these next to video's. I haven't even watched them yet so who knows how they are....the story behind it was we still had a little money for Caleb and we walk around the corner and here is this great display of this fun toy that both Tim and I thought was perfect!!!

Book Update

Well Tim finished Undaunted and said it was pretty good. Not as good as Lunds other books but good ;o).

I also finished A Thousand Splendid Suns, which thanks to Tabitha I was able to get through...she said I wouldn't so I was ready for all the bad things and prepared myself to handle them...it was hard but I made it...good book I recommend it to all.

I also finished The Work and Glory #6 Praise to the man...strange even though I have read it before it is still a great book.

I say to all Keep Reading it is good for you!!!

Christmas 2009 #3 Spratts and Sturges

Well we finally got a computer that works thanks to John Jr.. So I have downloaded lots of pictures from the past...so we will start with our third Christmas for 2009. Here all four grand kids are giving Grandpa a big hug but I have no idea why?? If you look close you can see my very nicely decorated tree...keep in mind this is after the 25th.
